LLC is often asked to provide contact information of prayer counselors and ministers, especially those who work with persons suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID).  This referral listing is a service for those in need of A.C.A.C.I.A. LLC style prayer counseling/ministry.  We encourage those who call anyone on the referral list to ask questions regarding the training, individual styles of ministry, and costs of ministry.  A.C.A.C.I.A. LLC neither monitors these individuals / ministries nor the quality of the ministry they provide.  A.C.A.C.I.A. LLC is not responsible for anyone listed on the referral list, nor the content and/or quality of the ministry they provide.

Being on our referral list is not an endorsement of the individuals or ministries by A.C.A.C.I.A. LLC and the individuals and ministries are not considered an extension of, nor a legal affiliate of, A.C.A.C.I.A. LLC.    If at any time a person is dissatisfied with the ministry they have received by someone on the A.C.A.C.I.A. LLC referral list, our recommendation is for the ministry recipient to discuss the complaint with the prayer counselor/minister first, and if the complaint is not able to be resolved, contact A.C.A.C.I.A. LLC at your discretion.  Any complaints received by A.C.A.C.I.A. LLC will be investigated and discussed with the referral.
